Accessibility
The Albert Anker House dates back to 1803 and was built as a typical regional farmhouse. The historic rooms of the house and studio have been preserved as historical artefacts and are therefore not accessible.
The new art pavilion, the reception room in the Albert Anker House and parts of the permanent exhibition are barrier-free. Please contact us by email before your visit: info@centrealbertanker.ch.
Shop and bistro
There is a small shop at the reception area, and an adjoining room serves as a bistro and workshop space. When the weather is nice, the bistro is located in the garden, where several tables invite visitors to stay.
Current books and exhibition catalogues available in the shop can be found here.
