In the beginning of february 2020 the building application for the project Centre Albert Anker was submitted. The building permitt was issued in the beginning of 2021 and the begin of construction is set for the end of may 2021.
The project will be carried out in two steps. The pavilion in the garden will be built first. Then the art- and cultural objects can be transferred there from the Anker house until the living space will be remodelled in a second step.
With this approach the risk for the objects can be reduced. It is intendend to celebrate the inauguration in spring of 2024.
