Accessibility

The Albert Anker House was built in 1803 as a farmhouse typical for the region. The historic rooms of the home and the original studio have not been modified and are therefore unfortunately not accessible by wheelchair.

The new Art Pavilion, the reception area in the Albert Anker House, and parts of the permanent exhibition can be accessed by all. Please contact Centre Albert Anker prior to your visit.

Shop and bistro

Next to the visitors’ reception area we have a small shop, and a bistro is situated in the adjacent room—which also functions as a workshop space.
